It appears that the State has already obtained an opinion from the Medical Board constituted by the Director of Health Services, Government of West Bengal in terms of this Court's order.

Therefore, no further order need be passed in this regard.

Let the State respondents act in accordance with law and in terms of the decision of the Hon'ble Apex Court passed in Jacob Mathew vs. State of Punjab & Anr. reported in 2005
