The petitioners seek permission to construct a boundary wall.

On behalf of the State respondents, it is submitted that the subject plots are not in the possession of the petitioner.

There are disputes regarding the ownership of the plot and admittedly no demarcation whatsoever has been made on any of the plots. The representation dated 10th July, 2024 is also bereft of any particulars. All the disputes raised in the petition are purely civil in nature. There is no enforceable legal right which the petitioner has been able to assert to justify any order being passed in the writ petition.

In view of the above, there is no scope of passing reliefs in this writ petition.

WP No. 19401 of 2024 stands dismissed.

Liberty is granted to the petitioners to take necessary steps in accordance with law, if so advised. (Ravi Krishan Kapur, J.)
