Subrata Bhattacharjee, learned counsel appears for the petitioner and Mr. Nilotpal Chatterjee, learned counsel appears for the respondents University of Calcutta.

The grievance of the petitioner was that despite he had appeared in the B.Sc. Part - I (General Chemistry) Examination, 2021, his result was not announced showing that that he was absent (AB) in the result published in the relevant website, Annexure - P-6 to the writ petition.

In course of the hearing Mr. Bhattacharjee, on instruction from the petitioner, submits that subsequently the college authority viz., the respondent no.5, had handed over the result to the writ petitioner admitting procedural error which had cropped up while

the result was published in the website. Thus the petitioner has no more grievance in this writ petition to agitate.

The college authority is not represented today. In view of the above, the present writ petition being WPA 19089 of 2022 stands dismissed as not pressed without any order as to costs.
