The Tagore Mission Institute of Pharmacy, the respondent no. 7 herein is run by the Tagore Mission International Education Trust, the respondent no. 8 herein. The petitioner was the erstwhile founder member of the said Trust. A representation of the petitioner dated July 22, 2025 addressed to the Chief Administrative Officer, West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development, the respondent no. 5 herein is pending. In the said representation, the petitioner has alleged that the respondent no. 8 Trust has practiced fraud upon the respondent no. 5 in obtaining the affiliation of the respondent no. 7. The said representation forms part of the writ petition being Annexure - 'P2'.

The petitioner is praying disposal of the said representation.

The respondent no. 5 is directed to consider the said representation in accordance with law and shall take all measures necessary for disposal of the said representation as expeditiously as possible.

W.P.A. 18844 of 2025 is thus allowed with the above terms without any order as to costs.
