Bikash Chandra Das, learned advocate appeared for the petitioner.

None appeared for the respondents.

On the prayer of Mr. Das, leave is granted to the petitioner to file a supplementary affidavit affirmed on August 17, 2023 disclosing the documents relating to approval of the relevant panel in respect of appointment of a Laboratory Attendant at one Ranaghat Bharati High (H.S.) School, District - Nadia. The Appointment Letter dated June 29, 2012 is also appended to the said supplementary affidavit showing appointment of the petitioner at the relevant school.

Learned advocate for the petitioner further submitted that, the petitioner had joined on the basis of the said Appointment Letter in 2012 and is working as such at the said school.

In view of the above, the learned advocate submitted that no further cause survives in the instant writ petition and the petitioner shall not press for the same any further.

In view of the above, this writ petition, WPA 14482 of 2009 stands disposed of, without any adverse order. The filing and pendency of this writ petition shall have no effect on the appointment of the petitioner in respect of his employment and the petitioner shall carry on with his employment without any fetter insofar as this writ petition is concerned.
