And In the matter of : Rabiul Sk. @ Raibul Sk. and others .... petitioners Mr. Debasis Nandi, Mr. Manas Kumar Das, Mr. Asraf Mandal ....for the petitioners Adv. Arani Bhattacharya ....for the State 1.

In view of the fact that there has been no change in circumstances since the earlier order of rejection of anticipatory bail, we are not inclined to allow this application.
