It is the grievance of the petitioner that the petitioner has not received the certified copy of the order passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barrackpore on 7th November, 2019 till date in spite of filing application with requisite for obtaining certified copy of the same. It is also submitted by the petitioner in person that previously he was not served with the certified copies of the orders in respect of other records of cases pending in the Court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barrackpore. Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barrackpore is directed to take personal step so that the petitioner may get the certified copy of the order dated 7th November, 2019 in MP 1403 of 2019 within a fortnight. Let a copy of this order be also sent to the learned Sessions Judge, Barasat for her appraisal so that the instant order must be complied with within the timeframe. The petitioner is at liberty to act on the server copy of the order.

After passing the instant order nothing remains in the instant revision. Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of.
