He has not been allotted any duty since 2021. His representation for allotment of regular duty is pending before the Superintendent of Police Berhampore, Murshidabad /respondent no.5.

Let Such representation be considered within eight weeks from date. A personal hearing is

directed to be given to the writ petitioner before passing of a reasoned order on his representation. The reasoned order is directed to be communicated to the writ petitioner within a week of passing of the same.

Since no affidavit has been invited, all the allegations in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.

With this direction, the writ petition being WPA 19093 of 2022 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
