CRR 3231 of 2024 In Re: Milan Mondal @ Milan Kumar Mondal Mr. Swapan Mullick .... For the Petitioner Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was on bail all throughout and warrant of arrest was issued against him on 28th December, 2023 by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Haldia in connection with G.R. case no. 172/2015 since he failed to appear before the learned trial Court on that date and sought adjournment.

The petitioner undertakes to surrender before the learned trial Court within 10 days from date.

If the petitioner surrenders before the learned trial Court within 10 days from date and files an application praying for bail, the learned trial Court shall deal with the application in accordance with law. Warrant of arrest issued against the petitioner be stayed till 8th October, 2024.

In the event the petitioner fails to surrender before the learned trial Court within the stipulated time frame, learned trial Court shall be at liberty to take necessary steps against the petitioner, in accordance with law without further reference to this Court. The revisional application being CRR 3231 of 2024 is disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
