1. Petitioner and the State are represented.

2. The instant revisional application has been filed by the petitioners seeking quashing of the FIR in connection with Basirhat Police Station Case No.486 of 2025 dated 03.06.2025.

3. It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioners in respect of the petitioner nos.2 and 3, that the aforesaid petitioners were not even present at the time and date of incident at the place of occurrence. In support of such contention, learned advocate for the petitioners relies upon the daily attendance register of teachers as well as the certificate issued by Basirannesa Sacred Heart Academy.

4. From the status report submitted by the State, it transpires that the investigation of the case, being Basirhat Police Station Case No.486 of 2025 has ended in a charge sheet against the accused persons including the present petitioners.

5. Since the investigation of the case has already ended in a charge sheet, the petitioners are at liberty to take their defence available to them before the learned Trial Court.

6. In such circumstances, there is no merit in the instant revisional application.

7. Accordingly, CRR 3543 of 2025 is dismissed.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
