Considering the materials available in the case diary and the fact that the victim has directly implicated all the petitioners for the commission of the alleged offence and having regard to the fact that the FIR prima facie discloses commission of offence and each of the petitioners duly corroborated with the statement of the neighbours, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioners.
