The instant revisional application is at the behest of the de facto complainant seeking direction upon the learned trial Court for early disposal of the Sessions Trial No. III (VI) of 2024 arising out of Sessions Case No. 425 (08) of 2023.

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and also perused the other materials made available with the instant application. 3.

It is submitted on behalf of the learned Counsel for the petitioner that out of 34 prosecution witnesses, only one witness has been examined till date. Charge against the accused persons was framed on June 06, 2024. Since then, only one witness has been examined by the prosecution. The order sheets reveal that the case was last fixed on June 19, 2025. No witness turned up on such date and the case was adjourned to 19.07.2025, 21.07.2025 and 22.07.2025.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the instant revisional application is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial Court i.e. learned Additional Sessions Judge, 5th Court, Krishnagar, Nadia to try and dispose of the Sessions Case No. 425 (08) of 2023 as early as possible without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

Accordingly, CRR 3544 of 2025 stands disposed of. (Md. Shabbar Rashidi, J.)
