Sri Pradip Kumar Panja and others Sk. Md. Galib Mr. K.M. Hossain ...for the alleged contemnors.

At the time of call, only the alleged contemnor/respondent no. 1 files an affidavit-in-opposition, which is accepted and kept on record.

However, in the contempt application, since the allegation is at an individual level, all the alleged contemnors are required to file affidavit-in-opposition. As a last chance to the rest of the alleged contemnors, the time for filing affidavit-in-opposition is extended for a week from date. Affidavit-in-reply shall be filed within a week thereafter.
