Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of information being furnished regarding the petitioner being deceived, Jagacha Police Station did not take any steps.

State has submitted a report which reflects that Jagacha Police Station Case No. 189 of 2025 dated 15.08.2025 has already been registered for investigation.

Having considered that police authorities have already registered a case, I am of the view that they would take the investigation of the case so registered to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 18693 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
