The plaintiff in a suit for eviction has filed the instant application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying for expeditious hearing of the Ejectment Suit No. 10 of 2015 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 3rd Court at Sealdah, North 24Parganas. It appears from the record that September 5, 2018 was fixed for hearing of the injunction application.

I hope and trust that the learned Civil Judge (junior Division), 3rd Court at Sealdah, North 24-Parganas shall make all endeavours to dispose of the injunction application as expeditiously as possible, if the same is still pending.

The learned Judge of the court below is also requested to dispose of the Ejectment Suit No. 10 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible.

With the above direction, Co 3144 of 2018 is disposed of.
