Ms. Sanyal, learned advocate for the State submits that investigation has been completed and report in the final form being Mistake of Fact under Airport Police Station FRMF No.158 of 2022 dated 2nd June 2022, has been filed before the concerned ACJM.

The instructions of the Inspector-in-Charge, Airport Police Station, Bidhannagar Police Commissionerate dated 30th September 2022 addressed to the Government Pleader is taken on record. Hence, the order dated 5th April 2022 of this Court has, therefore, been complied with.

Therefore, nothing remains for adjudication.

Accordingly, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.

Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.
