1. Heard learned Counsel for both the parties.

2. Learned Counsel for the State with all the vehemence at his command submits that from the investigation so far it has been found that the present petitioner is a member of the infamous Jamtara Gang which is involved in nation-wide cyber fraud.

3. In such a case, we find it appropriate that custodial interrogation of the present petitioner is very much necessary and in such a case, it is not easy on the part of the police to collect sustainable evidence at the drop of the hat when the accused persons are at large.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is rejected.

5. If the police is bona fide, the necessary steps in accordance with law shall be taken to arrest this petitioner as expeditiously as possible.
