Petitioner is aggrieved that a complaint dated 14th July, 2022 addressed to Jamalpur Police Station by the petitioner has not been registered as FIR. 3.

The private respondent no. 8 is represented.

This Court is of the view that the petitioner has effective alternative remedy under Section 156(3) of the Cr. P. C. He may avail in accordance with law. 5.

There are civil and other disputes between the petitioner and the private respondent no.

8, particularly with regard to the respondent's claim for transfer of excise licence for dispensing liquor at the said premises, in his favour. The same cannot be the subject matter of the instant proceedings and shall continue in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
