Mr. Sandip Chakraborty, learned counsel appearing for the State has rightly submitted before this Court that the petitioner herein is not an FIR named accused. The charge-sheet in the present case has still not been filed and, as such, the petitioner's application for quashing of the proceeding at this stage is not maintainable.

Report submitted by the State be taken on record. Accordingly, the present revisional application is disposed of being not maintainable at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to pray for appropriate relief at the appropriate stage and agitate all the points before the appropriate forum which shall be taken into consideration in accordance with law. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
