It transpires from the record that learned Advocate for the petitioner had last appeared before this Court on 21.09.2022.

It has been submitted on behalf of the respondent that the instant revisional application has been preferred against an order dated November 30, 2019 passed in Misc. Case No. 02 of 2019. By the impugned order, the opposite party was granted alimony pendent lite at the rate of Rs. 4,000/- per month which has been challenged by the petitioner/husband on the ground he has no means to pay the aforesaid amount.

However, petitioner/husband has not been appearing since long.

In such circumstances, the instant revisional application being C.O. 2566 of 2022 and connected application being CAN 1 of 2022 stands dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any stands vacated.
