Affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record.

Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities particularly with regard to Gobardanga Police Station Case No.76 of 2024 dated 15.03.2024. Petitioner's main grievance is that petitioner was never informed regarding the outcome of the investigation neither any seizure in respect of the stridhan articles were reported to the petitioner who has set the criminal law into motion.

Learned advocate for the private respondent nos.6 to 10 denies and disputes the contentions particularly with regard to the seizures.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report which reflects that the police authorities have submitted charge-sheet in connection with the aforesaid case. Report is also enclosed with seizure list and zimmanama reflects that seized articles have been received by the petitioner.

Be that as it may, since charge-sheet has already been submitted, if the petitioner has any grievance, petitioner will approach the learned jurisdictional Magistrate with necessary prayers. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 18817 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
