The learned advocate for the applicants submits that after notice was issued in the contempt application the respondents have complied with the order and direction and an opportunity of personal hearing has been afforded and the orders have been reserved by the authority and, therefore, the learned advocate for the applicants, on instructions, not to pursue the contempt application.
