Learned advocate for the petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the complaint which was sent to the police authorities were not acted upon by the Inspector-in-Charge, Bagnan Police Station. Learned advocate for the State has handed over a report prepared by the Inspector-in-Charge, Bagnan Police Station which reflects that Bagnan Police Station Case No.414 of 2024 dated 07.08.2024 has been registered for investigation against the private respondent nos.5 to 11.

Private respondent nos.5 to 11 is also present.

Prima facie, I am of the opinion that the grievance of the petitioner has been addressed by the police authorities. However, since a bad blood has started between the parties because of registering the criminal case and a civil suit is existing between the parties, the police authorities of Bagnan Police Station will keep strict vigil and ensure that there is no breach of peace at the locale.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 19480 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner as well as the private respondent nos.5 to 11.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
