The petitioners contested the Panchayat General Elections, 2023. She claims that she was declared elected after the process of counting but the certificate of election was not issued in her favour.

From the documents annexed to the writ petition, it is not clear as to whether the petitioner at all ventilated her grievance before the appropriate authority. In the absence of a proper representation from the petitioner, no direction can be passed upon the respondent to consider her prayer. In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant case.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis.
