The Block Development Officer filed a report before this Court annexing documents that the allegation of the petitioners is incorrect.

It appears that there are several disputed questions of facts which are required to be adjudicated to arrive at a decision in the matter. The same cannot be done in the instant writ proceeding.

In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioners in the instant writ petition. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
