The petitioner submits that the direction passed by this Court in WP No. 19249 (W) of 2018 on October 11, 2018 has not been implemented by the Municipality.

Learned advocate representing the Municipality submits that the matter was decided by the Municipality and the order communicated to the petitioner by way of a registered letter sent through speed post on February 5, 2019. The envelope addressed to the petitioner returned to the Municipality unserved with the endorsement 'insufficient address'. The unserved envelope has been produced before this Court. The same is taken on record.

Sealed envelope is opened and a photocopy of the order is handed over to the learned advocate representing the petitioner.

Photocopy of the sealed envelope and the reasoned order dated 14th December, 2018 be handed over to the learned advocate representing the Municipality for future reference.

It will be open for the petitioner to take necessary consequent action in the matter upon perusal of the order passed by the Municipality.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
