Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioner has made a very innocuous prayer in the writ petition for direction upon the co-operative election commission authority concerned to hold the election of the society in question which according to the petitioner is due.

Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA No.19131 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the election commission authority concerned to expedite the election process of the society in question in accordance with law and conclude the same within four months from the date of communication of this order.
