This is an application under section 401 read with section 482 of the code of Criminal Procedure filed by the petitioners for quashing of the charge-sheet No.202/13 dated 30th April, 2013 under section 9 of the West Bengal C0-operative Societies Act, arising out of Chakdaha Police Station Case No.804/2011 dated 6th December, 2011, corresponding to G.R. No.2630/2011, pending before the court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kalyani, Nadia. The matter was heard by a coordinate Bench on 12th August, 2015, when an order of stay of impugned judgment and order was granted for a period of six weeks. The application was further heard on 15th April, 2016, wherein an interim order for extension was passed for ten weeks or until further order whichever is earlier. However, the matter is pending since thereafter. No application is filed for extension of the interim order. The matter is also pending in the Warning List of this court since 21st February, 2025.

4. In such view of the matter, this court finds no reason to keep the matter pending and the criminal revisional application is accordingly dismissed for default. [Chaitali Chatterjee (Das), J.]
