Report reflects that the police authorities have already drawn proceedings being Kultali PS NCR No.340 of 2024 dated 22.08.2024 under Sections 126/135(3) of BNSS.

Having considered that the police report itself reflects that both the parties are desperate and dangerous in nature, I direct the police authorities to keep strict vigil at the locale referred to in the subject property and there should be no breach of peace and tranquility in the area concerned at the instance of both the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 19484 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioners and the private respondent nos.10 to 15.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
