Ct. No.446.

ssd CRR/2441/2015 MANIJUL SEKH VS RESHMA KHATUN BIBI & ANR..

This is an application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India filed by the petitioner/husband challenging the impugned judgment and order dated 18th April, 2015 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Nadia in Criminal Motion No. 33 of 2015 arising out of an order dated 29th January, 2015 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Krishnanagar, Nadia in connection with M.R. Case No.710(IV) 2011 under Section 125 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973.

The matter was dealt with by a Coordinate Bench of this Court on July, 29, 2015 and since thereafter the petitioner did not move before this Hon'ble Court and the matter is pending.

Today none appears on behalf of the petitioner.

Considering the long pendency of the matter and that the same is running in the Warning List since 21.02.2025, this Court finds no reason to keep the matter pending, hence, the instant revisional application is dismissed for default.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned trial Court immediately.
