In the cause title of the order the names of the learned advocates viz. Mr. Debasish Roy, Ld. P.P., Mr. Arijit Ganguly and Ms. Sreemayi Roy be recorded as the learned counsels appearing for the State.

The department is directed to incorporate necessary correction.

Let this order be treated as part of the order dated November 26, 2024.
