VS STATE OF WEST BENGAL This is an application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing the Charge-sheet No.108 dated 23.02.2012 of Sonarpur Police Station Case No.103 of 2012 dated 08.02.2012 under Sections 498A/406/506/120B of the Indian Penal Code, corresponding to G.R. 462 of 2012 now pending at Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur.

The matter was appeared on July, 29, 2015 when a Coordinate Bench of this Court was pleased to direct the defacto complainant to be impleaded and since thereafter no steps has been taken by the petitioners.

The matter is pending since 2015.

None appears on behalf of the petitioners.

Considering the long pendency of the matter and the same is running in the Warning List since 21.02.2025, this Court finds no reason to keep the matter pending, hence, the instant revisional application is dismissed for default.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned trial Court immediately.
