1. In view of the submission on behalf of the State that proclamation and attachment were completed of six accused persons on 5th October, 2022, one of which is the present petitioner and the trial has already commenced in which eleven witnesses have already been examined, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

2. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

3. The petitioner, however, shall be at liberty to surrender before the Trial Court.
