Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocates appearing for the petitioner and the private respondent.

Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities, as no steps were taken in spite of information furnished on or about 18.07.2025 and a reminder being sent on 31.07.2025.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent no.6 submits that a decree was passed in T.S. No. 32 of 2022 in favour of the respondent no.6. It is alleged that immediately after the decree was passed in favour of the respondent no.6, petitioner has started initiating police complaints for establishing his dominance.

State has submitted a report which reflects that the petitioner being the informant did not

approach the police authorities nor did he cooperate with them and as such, the police authorities could not take steps in accordance with law. The concluding part of the report reflects that the FIR can be registered as soon as the petitioner appears at the police station and signs the same. Be that as it may, in view of the police authorities expressing their mind in the report, petitioner would cooperate with the police authorities concerned who would take steps, as they have expressed in their report, in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 19099 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
