The present revision of the year 2019 has been preferred against impugned judgment and order dated 30.05.2019 passed by the learned Additional sessions Judge, Fast Track, 2nd Court, Purba Bardhaman in connection with Criminal Motion No. 96 of 2017 thereby affirming the impugned Order dated 25.04.2017 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Burdwan, District - Burdwan (now Purba Bardhaman) in connection with CR Case No. 81 of 2012 under Sections 447/323/325/506 of the IPC. As none appears for the petitioner on repeated calls, the revisional application stands dismissed for default. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
