Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioner is in custody for 160 days. It is contended he has been falsely implicated in the instant case. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the victim girl. She stated petitioner had hidden his real identity and religion and induced her to have a relationship with him. Thereafter, she was raped and detained at his residence.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials on record, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
