Hasra ...... for the State Petitioner renews his prayer for bail. His bail prayer was rejected in the month of November, 2021 and there is no substantial change in circumstances since then. Under such circumstances and in view of the materials on record disclosing role of the petitioner as an abettor in kidnapping and rape of a minor girl, we are of the opinion in view of the gravity of the offence this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner. However, trial court is requested to consider the issue of framing of charge within two months from the next date fixed before the Trial Court and upon charge been framed, the Trial Court shall proceed with the trial with utmost expedition and conclude the same at an early date preferably within six months from the date of framing of charge without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
