1. This matter was disposed of by judgment and order dated 2nd February, 2026. In the operative portion of the order although the respondent No. 1Insurance Company was directed to deposit the compensation amount before the learned Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta but liberty is not granted to the appellants/claimants to withdraw the said amount. Thus, the judgment and order dated 2nd February, stands clarified and the appellants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
