Since the private opposite parties are represented, the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the application along with annexure thereto upon the learned counsel for the opposite parties in course of this day.

The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of A.C. Case No. 3533 of 2015 under Section 12 of The Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 pending before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 9th Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas. Considering the age of the proceedings, the learned Trial Court is directed to take the proceedings to its logical conclusion within six months from the next date of hearing fixed before him without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.

CRR No. 3239 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
