1. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has become infructuous due to efflux of time and because of subsequent events that have taken place.

2. In view of such submission, the writ petition stands dismissed as 'infructuous'.

3. It will be open for the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law to challenge the subsequent events that have taken place if the petitioner is aggrieved by the same.
