In compliance with the order dated December 19, 2023, Mr. Chattopadhyay, learned Counsel for the State files the report of the District Inspector of Schools (S.E), District- Howrah, the respondent no. 4 herein, let it be kept with the record.

It appears from the said report that the calculation of the amount required to be refunded by the petitioner to get the benefit of pension has been done and the said calculation has been vetted by the Assistant Director of Accounts, Howrah. The amount so calculated has already been communicated to the petitioner, who is required to refund the same. On refund of the said amount, the Pension Sanctioning Authority shall expedite the disbursement of the retiral benefits of the petitioner.

W.P.A. 19156 of 2022 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
