At the time of call learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that "No Objection" has been issued on 1st August, 2024 by the authorities of Kamaria High Madrasah, DistrictSouth 24 Parganas. It is further submitted that in view of issuance of "No Objection" for transfer of the petitioner the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

Learned advocate for the aforesaid Madrasah has placed before this Court copy of the "No Objection" dated 1st August, 2024 along with Managing Committee Resolution dated 1st August, 2024 and the same are taken on record.

In view of the submission made on behalf of the petitioner no order need be passed and

accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
