The Court is informed that the trial is in progress. Evidences are being recorded.

At this stage, since the trial is in progress, we are not minded to interfere with the order granting bail to the private opposite party.

C.R.M. 8288 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly. The trial court is, however, requested to endeavour to dispose of the trial as expeditiously as possible. The trial court is requested to fix consecutive dates for trial and endeavour to adhere to it. The trial court is also requested not to grant any unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties.
