On the contrary from a letter which is annexed to the writ petition at page no. 57, it appears that as the petitioner was absent from the school from 27.08.2018, a meeting was called by the President of the District Primary School Council, Malda. The petitioner submits that the order has not been communicated and, therefore, she does not know what is the outcome of that meeting.

However, I direct the Chairman of the District Primary School Council, Malda to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and also to the school within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order and to pass a reasoned order thereon by two weeks thereafter and to communicate the same

immediately thereafter to the petitioner and also to the school.

With the above observations and directions, this writ application is disposed of.
