Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioners i.e. parents-in-law of the victim housewife was rejected earlier in May, 2023. Delay in the matter is due to abscondence of co-accused.

Under such circumstances, we do not find any reason to enlarge the petitioners on bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
