Learned advocate representing the petitioners submits, upon instruction that, the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed by the Corporation. Learned advocate for the Corporation has filed the action taken report wherefrom it appears that two light poles have been removed after dismantling of the components like LED luminaire, head loop box, etc.. In view of the above, there is no requirement of proceeding with the writ petition any further. The writ petition stands disposed of.
