Petitioner has submitted a representation to the office of the Superintendent of Police, Ranaghat Police District. The main grievance of the petitioner is relating to withdrawal of security person to which petitioner complains that she has been subjected to repeated attacks and to that effect, informations were furnished to the local police station.

Be that as it may, since the present grievance of the petitioner is an exclusive administrative decision of the Superintendent of Police, the concerned authority would, therefore, assess regarding the aspect of insecurity or threat perception of the present petitioner and thereafter pass necessary directions within a period of fortnight and

communicate the outcome of the decision to the present petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 18680 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
