The report filed by the Additional District & Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Asansol dated 24.07.2023 stated that the present petitioners except Dina @ Dinu Bauri @ Arabinda Bouri has been acquitted in connection with Sessions Case No.33/2013, Sessions Trial No.33/2014 wherein the Jamuria P.S. Case No. 67/2011 dated 04.04.2011 was disposed of on 07.12.2022. The said report along with the copy of the judgement be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly disposed of. All connected applications are also disposed of.
