Learned advocate for the petitioners is anxious regarding the progress of the proceedings pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barrackpore. Additionally, it has been submitted that the petitioners have been unnecessarily dragged in the case which is pending since 2019 and the petitioners are suffering in their professional commitments. It has also been informed that the next date is fixed for consideration of charge on 22.03.2022. Having regard to the date which has been fixed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barrackpore, I direct the learned court to overcome the stage of consideration of charge on the next date or within a month thereafter. The learned trial court would thereafter fix at least one day in a month till the trial is taken to its logical conclusion.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 2480 of 2021 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
