Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was last seen with the victim and Jafur Hossain Sk. @ Jafur Hosen Sekh whose bail has been rejected. Incriminating articles have also been recovered from the petitioner. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
